Lead meaningful, powerful group experiences your clients become obsessed with.

We’ll help you turn a standard group call into the kind of room where people actually want to be — because they feel seen, heard, and genuinely involved.

The next time you open a Zoom room, you shouldn't have to cross your fingers and pray nobody cries, hijacks the conversation, stares blankly at you, or shows up 30 minutes late.

OBSESSED is a six-week live facilitation lab for coaches, program leaders, and experts who are ready to lead the whole room with real confidence.

We’ll help you build the skills to get people talking, keep the energy up, and handle whatever real-life messiness shows up. That way, you can stop sweating over holding the room together and start actually enjoying the experience you're creating for your clients.

I cannot even begin to tell what an amazing experience this is!

"I cannot even begin to tell what an amazing experience this has already been. I’ve talked with Jennie + Meredyth about these concepts for years but I’m blown away by our first call. That was unbelievably good. It was the definition of unmissable.

What we experienced, what we’ve already learned. I think what is going to happen from minute one is the paradigm shift. You understand that a powerful group experience happens in a created way, with specific ways of thinking about the room differently. After one call, I was already asking how to bring ‘making the room matter’ into an upcoming live experience of my own. Now I’m viewing everything completely differently.”

She Sees the World

This is for you if . . .

You lead people in a cohort program, mastermind, membership, workshop, virtual event, team room, or any other group experience — and you are ready to be as confident in your facilitation as you are in your teaching.

You know your stuff. You care about your people. But actually running the group part can still feel like a whole extra job.

Maybe you are brilliant one-to-one, but you haven't quite figured out how to make a whole room feel included at the same time.

Maybe one difficult participant can completely derail your energy for the rest of the call.

Maybe you spend more time sweating over what could go wrong than actually enjoying the experience you're creating.

We built OBSESSED for that.

(And to be clear: this is not about becoming louder, more performative, or suddenly needing to be the center of attention. It’s about being prepared enough to make the whole room matter.)

The problem is not that you are bad at what you do.

In fact, we know you are great at it. You have likely honed your genius over years of deep one-to-one work, or by building low-touch courses that people love.

And because you are smart, you made the decision to scale your time and your expertise into a group program.

There are plenty of people out there willing to teach you how to package that offer, market it, and get people to buy it.

But nobody tells you what to actually do once the room is full of people staring back at you.

Most of us were taught how to teach, coach, consult, or lead one-to-one. So when we get in front of a group, we just do our best to give every single person what they need.

The result... a group experience that is really just a series of one-to-ones with an audience. 😴

One person gets coached. Everybody else waits. Someone has a breakthrough, but nobody quite knows how it applies to them. You end up working twice as hard just to make the whole thing feel connected.

OBSESSED gives you the skills to actually do something different.

AND THEN THERE’S THE OTHER QUESTION…

So why learn this from us?

If we somehow haven’t met yet — hi! 👋 We’re Jennie + Meredyth, wives and business partners on a mission to help people with impatient ambition stop playing small and start making things happen.

You may already know what a Jennie + Meredyth room feels like.

If you have been in Make It Happen Weekly, a No Matter What intensive, an Unstuck + Unstoppable masterminding session, a LOCK IN coaching call, one of our summit panels or green rooms, or any of our live virtual experiences — you have experienced this work in action.

People do not just show up, wait their turn, and quietly disappear again. They participate. They take risks. They get what they came for. And they leave with more than they brought in.

This isn't “magical” because Jennie happens to be charismatic. (Though she totally is.)

Jennie is a master facilitator. She knows how to read the group, make people feel safe enough to engage, and handle the real-human moments that can throw everybody sideways.

Meredyth is an expert instructional designer. She knows how to build the structure underneath the experience — so the right thing happens at the right time, and everyone has a reason to stay involved.

Our group experiences are carefully structured. Carefully designed. Carefully thought through.

There's a very intentional process behind it.

And we can give you that process.

What you’ll be able to do differently:

You will not leave with a binder full of facilitation theory you have to figure out how to use later. You are leaving with the skills to actually handle a live room.

  • Make the whole room matter — so you are not working with one person while everyone else tunes out and impatiently waits for their turn.

  • Get people to actually participate — using prompts, structure, and the chat to get people present and invested, without forcing fake intimacy or doing trust falls.

  • Turn one person’s breakthrough into everybody’s breakthrough — so a single question or coaching moment creates an “ohhhhh, me too” ripple across the whole group. (We call this coaching-by-proxy.)

  • Handle the real moments — resistance, tears, awkward silence, interruptions, someone trying to coach a person who did not ask for it, and the person who decides today is their personal TED Talk — without losing the energy or safety of the group.

  • Pivot before you lose them — so you can notice when attention, energy, or timing is slipping and make the exact move the room needs.

  • Create the kind of experience people talk about afterward — because they felt seen, heard, and genuinely glad they showed up.

Here’s how OBSESSED works.

📅 Six weeks.

Every week, we focus on one specific skill you need to lead a room. We teach it, we model it, and then we give you the opportunity to work out how it fits your own style before you try it with your paid clients.

🔥 Workshop Sesh: We teach the concept and show you what it looks like in a real room.

💬 Practice Sesh: You have the opportunity to practice with us, get feedback, work out the bumps, and take another run at it in a safe, caring environment.

Is it awkward to practice in front of other adults?

Absolutely. Yes. Obviously.

Is it worth it?

Hell yes.

Because practicing here is often harder than the real thing you will do in front of your clients. Consider this your facilitation sandbox. We would rather you make the mistakes, work out the bumps, get feedback, and find your footing with us than have to figure it out for the first time in front of the people paying you.

Better Facilitation = Better Business

When people have a group experience they actually want more of, they are more likely to stay engaged, come back for the next thing, tell other people about it, and trust you with a bigger piece of their work.

That means you spend less time constantly hustling to replace disengaged clients — and more time building on relationships with people who already know what it feels like to be well held in one of your rooms.

But there is a bigger upside than just retention.

When you know you can confidently lead the room, you become a more confident leader, coach, teacher, and expert. You stop dreading the group calls. You stop second-guessing your own authority just because the energy in the room shifted.

We aren't going to make up a fake ROI number for you. But we can help you build the skills that make you feel completely prepared to lead — and create the kind of experience your clients keep choosing.

Join the next cohort

We want you to have the space to actually practice these skills with us. That means a room built for real feedback, real re-dos, and real growth. You will be among the first people to run this lab with us, which is why we are offering it at this price before it goes up.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to be a coach to join?

Nope. This is for anyone who leads a live group experience: coaches, program leaders, educators, experts, community builders, and people who need to hold a room well. You do not need a particular certification to be here.

  • What counts as a “group experience”?

A cohort program, mastermind, membership call, workshop, team session, virtual event, community call, or any room where you are responsible for more than one person at a time.

We are mostly talking about virtual rooms (like Zoom), but everything we teach translates to physical spaces where you are actually sharing oxygen with your participants, too.

  • What if I am already a good teacher?

Great. This is not about replacing your content. It is about building the facilitation skills that help your content land in a room full of actual humans.

  • What if I cannot attend every call live?

No worries. We get that you have a life. 🙃 All of the calls are recorded and transcribed for you to enjoy inside our course area.

  • Do I have to practice on the Friday calls?

Absolutely not, if that is not your thing. You are still welcome to join those sessions, learn from the practice happening in the room, and take what is useful back to your own clients.

  • Is this a certification?

No. This is a live facilitation lab — a place to practice the skills that make group experiences more intentional, responsive, and effective.

  • What happens after the six weeks?

Full disclosure: we are still figuring this out, but we're close. We will have it sorted out a few weeks after the cohort gets started (read: before the founding cohort that started in late July comes to a close).

  • I have another question for you.

We cannot anticipate them all. Click the red button on the bottom right of this page or shoot us an email at hello@jennieandmeredyth.com and we will get back to you with an honest answer.
