That thing – the one that your business has been crying for — that you’ll get to later, when things settle and you have more time and you are less busy…
Well…LATER is NOW
A two-week coaching and accountability sprint to finally carve out the dedicated time you need to finish the one thing you know will move the needle in your business.
Next sprint: April 20th — May 1st!
Two weeks. One thing DONE. Just $100.
""I actually showed up for myself. I've never quite 'gotten' co-working before, but the momentum of linking up with a bunch of other intentional entrepreneurs all accomplishing something meaningful was both powerful and fun. The proof is in the pudding — I've got a membership actually launched!""
~ Sarah Westcott

And not just cause doing it will release a whole lotta guilt.
It’s important because you decided it’s a good thing for you to do. Great even. You can picture yourself – and your business – on the other side of doing it, can’t you? Would you look at that! Look at YOU!
Whatever it is, it's important. It's a big idea. And it's just… sitting there.
And every time you look at it, you feel that little pang of guilt. That "ugh, why haven't I done that yet?" feeling. You've planned it. You've researched it. You have the Google Doc with all the notes. You know what you need to do.
But you're not DOING it.
The problem isn't time. It's dedicated time.
You've tried to squeeze this stuff into the margins. Work on it "when things slow down" or "after this project wraps up." But that's exactly why it never happens.
Important work needs protected time. Dedicated focus. And accountability that won't let you bail when your brain starts whispering, “Who are you to think you can do this?”
Or at least, get it started. Really started. With so much momentum that finishing feels inevitable.
That's what LOCK IN is for.
This isn't a course. It's a DOING program.
For two weeks, we're all in it together. We're showing up, we're doing the work, and we're holding each other accountable. We're right there with you, working on our own projects. (Yep, we have a “later list” too.)
This is about creating the structure, the focus, and the shared energy you need to finally make it happen.

Daily Hosted Co-working: Times will vary and will be announced inside the sprint. PLUS our always-open co-working space is available 24/7 throughout our two weeks together.

Kickoff Session Recorded Live
60ish minutes to get crystal clear on your two-week mission. You'll map out your plan, troubleshoot potential roadblocks, and declare your mission out loud to a group of people who will hold you to it. This is where it gets real.

Stuck? Procrastinating? Second-guessing everything? Bring it to these calls and get real-time coaching to keep you moving. This is your dedicated space to get unstuck and come out the other side with a clear next step.

Daily Hosted Co-working Sessions
Every weekday, Jennie will host 60 minutes of focused, distraction-free co-work time on Zoom. This is your daily dose of dedicated time. Show up, lock in, and watch how much you can accomplish when you actually protect the time.

Always-Open Co-working Space
Can't make the hosted sessions? Need to work at a different time? Jump into our always-open co-working Zoom meeting room whenever you want and invite other LOCK IN sprinters to join you. The space is always there when you need it.

We're not just facilitating — we're doing our own sprint alongside you. Your cohort sees you, supports you, and holds you to it. Nothing beats working on important stuff together with people who want to see you win.

Finish your mission by the deadline and we'll give you $100 in Make It Happen money — a gift card you can spend on anything Jennie + Meredyth sell. Our way of celebrating the fact that you actually did the thing.
We can talk about momentum and accountability all day. But what really matters are the results. Here's a look at the real-world projects that come to life inside this sprint:
Launched a membership — went from "I need to decide what to include" to a live sales page with founding members signed up and payments collected.
Launched a Substack publication — set up subscription tiers, wrote and published multiple posts, and sent a launch email to her list. All in two weeks.
Launched a newsletter — after two years of analysis paralysis, finally posted. (Her words: “stuck in analysis paralysis no more!”)
Launched a new business website — went from zero to a live, four-page site with email opt-ins, welcome sequences, and automations.
Launched a self-guided wellness program — renamed it, rebranded it, built the sales page, checkout page, and thank you page, and opened registrations.
Refreshed an entire membership program — modernized pricing and benefits, updated all website content, and notified existing members.
Created a whole-person wellness program framework — broke it into phases, set a launch date, and built a landing page to capture a waitlist.
Launched a YouTube channel — set up the back-end, created a banner, built playlists, recorded and edited four videos, and scheduled them to publish.
This isn't a course. There's no curriculum, no modules to fall behind on. You're not going to learn a bunch of new stuff.
This also isn't a magic wand. We can't do the work for you. If you're not willing to show up and put in the focus, this isn't for you.
This IS a dedicated container for DOING. It's about carving out the time, getting the support, and borrowing the momentum of a group to finally make progress on the thing you know you need to do.
We’re going to get real about what’s actually stopping you. (Spoiler: it’s probably not the technical stuff.) It’s the fear of committing. The fear of doing it “wrong.” The fear of putting yourself out there in a big way.
We’re going to coach you through those blocks, call you out when you’re making excuses, and cheer you on when you take action.
We’re not teaching you how to edit podcasts or design Instagram templates or any other skill associated with the project you decide to tackle here. We’re assuming you either already know how to do the thing, have bought the courses on how to do the thing, or are resourceful enough to figure it out.
This is the container for you to actually apply that knowledge and make it happen.
We’re talking about the kind of thing that needs a burst of focused, upfront get started work. The kind of thing you’ve been meaning to start (or reboot) for months but keeps getting pushed aside by urgent client work. This should be a project that has legs—one that will keep paying off long after these two weeks by growing your audience, bringing in more cash, or making you the go-to expert in your space.
Like what? Here’s what we’re talking about:
Finally launch that newsletter or Substack you've been thinking about forever
→ Set it up, write your first few editions, and build a content rhythm you can actually sustain.
Get your website live
→ Stop tweaking it in private. Set up your pages, connect your opt-ins, and hit publish.
Set up and launch your next offer
→ Finalize your pricing and messaging, build the sales page, and put it out into the world.
Outline and record your next mini-course or self-guided program
→ Map the content, record the lessons, and get it ready to sell.
Zero in on one social media platform for the rest of the year
→ Choose your platform, optimize your presence, set up systems for consistent content.
Launch your membership
→ Make all the decisions you've been putting off, build the infrastructure, and open the doors.
Create the framework for your signature program
→ Define the methodology, map the milestones, and build the foundation everything else will stand on.
Refresh and relaunch an existing offer
→ Update the pricing, modernize the content, rebuild the sales page, and re-introduce it to your audience.
Get your YouTube channel off the ground (or resurrected)
→ Set up the back-end, record your first batch of videos, and build a workflow that doesn't eat your life.
Build your first sales funnel or affiliate program
→ Map the sequence, write the emails, set up the tech, and turn it on.
Create and execute a promotional plan
→ Pick a launch window, map the touchpoints, write the emails, and actually send them.
Create a routine for finding collaborations to grow your business
→ Identify potential partners, craft outreach templates, establish a systematic approach.
Finally get that podcast off the ground (or resurrect that podcast you went quiet on)
→ Nail down your format, record your first few episodes, set up your publishing workflow.
Reboot and recommit to a project that's been on the back burner for years
→ Pick it back up, figure out what's actually stopping you, and make real progress in two weeks.
Pick the ONE thing that’s been nagging at you the longest. Do the upfront heavy lifting. Build the momentum to keep going.
No more “I’ll start when things slow down.” No more “maybe next quarter.” Just two weeks of focused action on the thing that matters most right now.
If we somehow haven't met yet — hi! We're Jennie + Meredyth, wives and business partners on a mission to help people with impatient ambition stop playing small and start making things happen.
Our whole thing is momentum-building, clarity-delivering, BS-cutting coaching that actually sticks.
We're not here to convince you to overhaul your entire life. We just want to give you the structure, space, and support to show up for what matters most… and figure out what that even is.

Yes, we've got a proven track record. Yes, our coaching approach works (because its designed to flex with real life). Yes, you'll walk away from our two weeks feeling accomplished and fired up to keep the momentum going.
We'll lovingly call you out when you're avoiding the thing you know you need to do. We'll be there to celebrate your wins — without the fake cheerleading or toxic positivity. We'll show up for you in the messy middle (and push YOU to show up in it, too).
And you? You'll feel seen, supported, and challenged — in the best way.
If you like our vibe, and you're craving a space where people are actually doing the damn thing (not just talking about it), then you're gonna fit right in.
We're the people to call when you're ready to stop quitting on yourself.
"I am so happy I saw this and joined! It was such a great introduction to working with you. It was the best mix of coaching and co-working! I really appreciated the kick-off call and Jennie working with us on deciding what our mission for LOCK IN is and leading us through figuring out what milestones made sense and coaching us remembering that it was 'for now' that nothing we were doing was THE thing - it was a really helpful perspective and reminder. I was surprised by how much of a difference it made to commit and block out time for the co-working calls - having the extra accountability that others were showing up, that Jennie was, gave me the external push I needed to actually make time for my business goals. truly a great mix of coaching/support and implementation accountability.
Thank you so much! Can't wait to be a part of more things with you!"
~ Emily Mathis

You have an ongoing routine you’ve been wanting to start for months (maybe years).
The upfront setup work is what’s holding you back — not lack of knowledge or skills.
You know what to do; you just need dedicated time and support to do it.
You’re tired of watching other people do the thing you know you should be doing.
You're looking for a how-to course or a step-by-step curriculum to walk you through something.
You don't have a specific project that you want to work on (or two... or six) in mind as you sign up.
You're not willing to show up and do the work.
These particular two weeks we have scheduled are not really the best time for you.
We know people have important projects collecting cyber dust on their “later lists.” We created this container to be the answer.
And it is.
Every time we run this sprint, people show up. They commit. They make things happen. Newsletters are launched. Websites go live. Memberships are born. Courses are built. YouTube channels are resurrected. And more than one person has said it was the most productive two weeks they'd had in years.
Here's what a few of them had to say:
"The coaching made the biggest impact for me, but I also LOVED the coworking. Ready to sign up immediately for the next round!"
Jessica Eastman Stewart

"THANK YOU for this! I honestly think it was perfect. It propelled me forward and helped me see my priorities in a moment when they were getting murky."
Dana Miranda

"Having a 'cohort' and
knowing that a team is working on a goal in this short time too. Having one focus and being witnessed in achieving it."
Chelsea Edwardson

Is yours the next example we shout about here? 😉
What if I’m worried my project isn’t “big enough” for two weeks?
You’d be surprised how fast two weeks goes. During the kickoff session, we’ll help you right-size what you want to accomplish during the sprint. The upfront work always takes longer than you think — setting up systems, creating templates, batch creating content, and building sustainable workflows. We’ll make sure you have the right scope to feel accomplished without being overwhelmed.
What if I have multiple projects I want to tackle?
Pick ONE. (Seriously.) We know it’s tempting to try to do three things at once, but that’s exactly how nothing gets finished. Choose the project that’s been nagging at you the longest or would make the biggest impact on your business. You can always do another sprint later for project number two.
How much time do I need to dedicate?
Whatever you can actually devote to it. If you can give this two hours because you decided to LOCK IN, awesome! That's two hours it wouldn't have gotten before. If you can give it 10 hours — equally awesome! That's 10 hours it wouldn't have gotten before.
In your Mission Declaration Form, you'll decide and commit to "at least" X number of hours over the two weeks to LOCK IN on your mission. Every project is different and will require a different level of attention. The point is to be honest with yourself about what you can actually do — and then protect that time.
What if I don't know what to work on?
The kickoff call is designed to help you get crystal clear on a mission that's both ambitious and achievable in two weeks. We'll help you narrow it down and map out a plan so you walk away knowing exactly what to do.
What if I can’t make all the live sessions?
The kickoff session and coaching calls will be recorded, so you can catch up if needed. The daily hosted co-working sessions won’t be recorded, but you can always jump into our always-open co-working space to work alongside other sprinters whenever works for your schedule.
What happens after the two weeks?
You get $100 in Make It Happen Money — basically a virtual gift card you can spend on (almost) anything Jennie + Meredyth sell. Complete your mission by the deadline, submit your Mission Accomplished form, and the credit is yours. We want to reward the people who show up and follow through.
My project idea isn’t exactly like your examples — can I still join?
Hell yeah! As long as it’s an ongoing business routine that needs upfront setup work to get the ball rolling, you’re golden. We imagine sprinters will tackle everything from email sequences to networking systems. The framework works for any “important but not urgent” project.
Is this included in ALL IN, ALL YEAR™?
Not automatically — but we do periodically run promotions where joining ALL IN, ALL YEAR™ gets you one LOCK IN in sprint on the house. Keep an eye on your inbox. And if you want to know more about ALL IN, ALL YEAR™ in the meantime, you can check it out here.
I have another question!
No problem! Send us a message in the chat box at the bottom right of this page and we’ll get back to you shortly.
In two weeks, you could be exactly where you are now — still thinking about that project.
Or, you could be on the other side. Celebrating a finished launch, a published piece, a live website, a membership with paying members. Wondering why you waited so long.
For $100, you get two weeks of structure, coaching, accountability, and the dedicated time you've been waiting for.
The choice is yours. The container is here.
