For two weeks, we're all in it together. We're showing up, we're doing the work, and we're holding each other accountable. We're right there with you, working on our own projects. (Yep, we have a "later list" too.)

This is about creating the structure, the focus, and the shared energy you need to finally make it happen.

This isn't a course. There's no curriculum, no modules to fall behind on. You're not going to learn a bunch of new stuff.

This also isn't a magic wand. We can't do the work for you. If you're not willing to show up and put in the focus, this isn't for you.

This IS a dedicated container for DOING. It's about carving out the time, getting the support, and borrowing the momentum of a group to finally make progress on the thing you know you need to do.

This is a coaching and accountability container.

  • Daily Hosted Coworking Sessions: Every weekday, Jennie will host 60 minutes of focused, distraction-free cowork time on Zoom. This is your daily dose of dedicated time.

  • Always-Open Coworking Space: Can’t make the hosted sessions? Need to work at a different time? Jump into our always-open coworking Zoom room whenever you want and invite other LOCK IN sprinters to join you.

You’d be surprised how fast two weeks goes. During the kickoff session, we’ll help you right-size what you want to accomplish during the sprint. The upfront work always takes longer than you think — setting up systems, creating templates, batch creating content, and building sustainable workflows. We’ll make sure you have the right scope to feel accomplished without being overwhelmed.

  • What if I have multiple projects I want to tackle?

Pick ONE. (Seriously.) We know it’s tempting to try to do three things at once, but that’s exactly how nothing gets finished. Choose the project that’s been nagging at you the longest or would make the biggest impact on your business. You can always do another sprint later for project number two.

  • What if I’ve tried to start this thing before and failed?

You'll be in good company. 😂 Most sprinters are going to fall into this camp. You may have started and stopped this undertaking a dozen times before, but it just keep stalling.

  • My project idea isn’t exactly like your examples — can I still join?

Hell yeah! As long as it’s an ongoing business routine that needs upfront setup work to get the ball rolling, you’re golden. We imagine sprinters will tackle everything from email sequences to networking systems. The framework works for any “important but not urgent” project.

  • Is this a recurring program?
