Think of Make It Happen Money like your own personal virtual gift card, but for yourself/your business.

You can use it for (almost) anything we offer here at Jennie + Meredyth (see below for exclusions). You can use your Make It Happen Money towards something bigger, or you can get lots of different smaller things. It can't be applied retrospectively — you must apply your credit before purchasing.

Promotions and launches are a great time to redeem your Make It Happen Money. If Jennie + Meredyth are launching or there's any bonuses/earlybirds/discounts/whatever goodies are available, your credit is directly equivalent to paying, so you'll get any extras/discounts, too. 😉

Make It Happen Money can be redeemed for (almost) anything Jennie + Meredyth sell – minus a few exceptions (detailed below).

A fixed period of time from date of purchase / issue (e.g. valid 6 months from date of issue)

or...

A fixed period of time based on something else, independent of the date of purchase / issue (e.g. valid for the next three No Matter What events)

The validity period of your Make It Happen Money is confirmed in writing at the point of purchase/issue.

The last day of your Make It Happen Money being valid is known as your Expiration Date. Make It Happen Money expires at midnight Pacific time on the Expiration Date.

Any unused or unspent Make It Happen Money will no longer remain valid after the Expiration Date has passed and will no longer be valid for redemption.

Expiration Date extensions will not be given, except in extenuating circumstances, that will be considered on a case by case basis.

As a courtesy, we send you an automated email reminder 30 days before your Make It Happen Money Expiration Date, however please be mindful that it is your responsibility to use your Make It Happen Money before the Expiration Date.

Make It Happen Money is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by state law.

If, in the event you wish to claim a refund on a purchase you made using Make It Happen Money (either in full or in part) you must follow the refund request process as laid out in our Terms + Conditions.

Any full or partial payments that were made using Make It Happen Money will be refunded in Make It Happen Money (not in cash). We will adjust Expiration Dates accordingly if necessary

Make It Happen Money cannot be transferred to another person, business or member of your team under any circumstances. Your Credit is yours and yours alone to spend.

If you have accumulated Credit Balances under multiple email addresses belonging to you. In this instance, we can amalgamate all Credit Balances under one email address, at your request.

Where Make It Happen Money has been given as a bonus, a gift, a courtesy, a fun surprise, or under any other circumstance (with the exception of Make It Happen Money that has been purchased), we reserve the right to remove, revoke, restrict or otherwise make void Make It Happen Money balances in case of abuse or exceptional circumstances.

For example, if a payment plan falls into arrears, we may restrict the ability to redeem Make It Happen Money until we're squared away. These circumstances will be handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

If you suspect you may have credit balances under multiple email addresses, please supply all email addresses you currently have in use, so we can look up all your credit balances in one go. 🙂
